• To reserve accommodation, a non-refundable deposit of £100 is required.  The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before departure, together with the £100 damage deposit (see below). 

• If booking is made within 8 weeks of departure, then full payment together with the damage deposit will be required.

• Please note that a damage deposit of £100 will also be required with the balance; this will be refunded in full following your departure, subject to there being no damage or excess cleaning required.

• When you arrive you will be met by our local agents who will show you the apartment explain how the equipment works and answer any questions you may have.  Sixty Euros is payable to them at this point in respect of cleaning and linen charges.

• We are flexible as to start and finish days but we ask you to vacate by 10 am on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed prior to the start of your holiday.
