To reserve accommodation, a non-refundable deposit of £100 is required.  The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before departure, together with the £100 damage deposit (see below).  If booking is made within 8 weeks of departure, then full payment together with the damage deposit will be required. Please note that a damage deposit of £100 will also be required with the balance; this will be refunded in full following your departure, subject to there being no damage or excess cleaning required. Sixty Euros is payable to our local agents on your arrival at the apartment in respect of cleaning and linen charges. Linen & Towels are provided but please bring your own Beach Towels No pets are allowed. Due to fire regulations and the comfort of other guests, we ask that smoking is limited to the terrace & garden. No single sex parties
